St. Stephen Library
Where Imagination and Information Come Together
Welcome to our newly refurbished library! We are very lucky to have two large classrooms to use for the library. With approximately 10,000 titles we have something to appeal for most ages. Our fiction books range from the easy picture books through beginning chapter books and continue to the Middle School section. We also have a large selection of non-fiction books covering many topics. A small collection of DVDs and VHS tapes as well as audible books completes the collection.
The library plays an integral role in your child’s life at St. Stephen School. At the library, students follow their interests, unlock their imaginations, and explore the world through magazines, stories, novels, and non-fiction.
Each week students in kindergarten through fifth grade visit the library for story time and a chance to pick out books. Students in fifth through eighth grade visit the library on an as needed basis, coming in to check out books for recreational use as well as school assignments.
Feel free to stop in and check out the library. And remember volunteers are always welcome! Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to help out.
