Check out our students' artwork

Our school has teamed up with Artsonia to showcase student artwork on the Internet. Artsonia is the world’s largest online art museum with thousands of artwork by students in over 100 countries. Further, the project also enables parents, relatives and friends to view the child’s artwork online. As a registered parent, you can submit artwork to your child’s gallery, invite family and friends to join the artist’s fan club and also approve any comments that visitors leave in your child’s guest book. You can see your child’s artwork as well as other artwork by visiting www.artsonia.com and browsing to our school gallery.
Besides showcasing our students’ artwork on the Internet for the world to see, Artsonia also offers parents high quality gift items imprinted with your child’s own artwork. St. Stephen School will receive 15% of all the order revenue.

There is a Huge Green Gator at the School!!

There is a large green gator that has become a part of the St. Stephen's family. She resides in the parking lot off the family center, is approximately six feet long and is just waiting for people to visit her. Should we rush to gather our children?? Should we question the sanity of the decision makers? Who brings a gator to school and gets away with it (except some characters in children's literature)? Never fear. This gator is a “Paperivore” (please…no letters...I know this is a fictitious word). St. Stephens has undertaken a paper-recycling project started this year. The "huge green gator" mentioned previously is a large recycling bin located in the small parking lot on the east side of the school just south of the playground. All persons can bring papers, phonebooks, newspapers and magazines to feed the gator. For each bin filled St. Stephens will be paid $35.00, so we can earn money for the school while teaching our children how to be responsible stewards of the planet.

Surf the web and help your school

What if St. Stephen Catholic School earned a penny every time you searched the Internet? Or how about if percentage of every purchase you made online went to support our school? Well, now we can!

GoodSearch.com is a new Yahoo-powered search engine that donates half its advertising revenue, about a penny per search, to the charities its users designate. Use it just as you would any search engine, get quality search results from Yahoo, and watch the donations add up!

www.GoodShop.com is a new online shopping mall, which donates up to 37 percent of each purchase to your favorite cause! Hundreds of great stores including Target, Gap, Best Buy, ebay, Macy's and Barnes & Noble have teamed up with GoodShop and every time you place an order, you’ll be supporting your favorite cause.
