Education First: Contact lists due Monday, Jan. 30 2012
To kick off Catholic Schools Week, we are asking that
students bring in their Contact Lists for Education First.

We are also celebrating our students’ success in turning in their
Education First Contracts back in October with a Casual
Day on Monday, Jan. 30. AND, every student who turns in
their contact list during Catholic Schools Week will receive a
certificate for a free Casual Day of their choice!!!

There will also be a prize for every classroom with 100%
participation.

Please check your child’s backpack this week for a Contact
List form. Names, addresses and email addresses can be
written on any piece of paper and turned in but the form
helps us organize the information. Make sure your child’s name and grade are on
the form so we can give them credit.

Last year our goal was $15,000 and we raised over $17,000! Our goal is again
$15,000 but we would sure love to beat it. This is a chance for all of us to let the
friends and family who love our kids know how much we love St Stephen School
and ask them to support our kids’ goals and their school.

Education First funds support our Home & School Association and all its good works (Enrichment
programs, Christian Services programs and projects, outreach and hospitality for
our parents, Santa’s Secret Shop and Santa’s Breakfast, carnival, funding special
school needs -- and the roller skating party!!).

It’s easy to forget that we do all of this without selling one candy bar or roll of wrapping paper.
Thank you for your support.

If you have any questions, comments or would like to be more involved with Education First, please feel free to contact Kelly Shadowens, or talk to Kori Wilson, Elyse Russell, or Maryellen Sandford.
