ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS - meets at St. Stephen on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 6:00 PM in the Konrad Room. The Wednesday meeting is a Big Book Study. Please come, if you think you have a problem with alcohol. Meetings are nonsmoking.

GIGO, 5:00-6:30 PM in the Gym - "Garbage in garbage out." It really does matter what we see on TV or in the movies. Yes, the lyrics to songs do matter too. Can you really listen to a song for the beat only? We have a way of reflecting the things we watch and hear. We will watch movie and TV clips to explore whether they tear us down or build us up. CATHOLIC MEN'S CONFERENCE - Saturday, March 27, 2010, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Location: Wege Conference Center, Cathedral Square. The Diocese of Grand Rapids invites all men, ages 18 and up, to Show Up, Step Up and Step Out by attending the Catholic Men's Conference. This day will prepare our hearts for Holy Week by exploring what it means to be Catholic men who follow in His steps (1 Peter 2:21). Speakers for the event include Deacon Tom Fogle, Very Rev. 24-HOUR FOOD FAST - 11:00 AM Saturday to 1:00 PM Sunday
All High School Youth are invited to participate in our FIRST EVER Food Fast. We will be going to the Heartside Neighborhood for service. Other planned activities include FUN & GAMES, PRAYER, CARDBOARD CITY, MOVIE, FOUL SHOT CONTEST, DANCE A THON AND MORE--but NO FOOD. STAR STRIDE 5K RACE - Saturday, April 17, 2010

The STAR Fund is hosting its very first STAR STRIDE 5K RACE. This promises to be a fun and exciting event, and we hope it will be a part of our community for a long time! Our date for Confirmation is Tuesday, April 27, 7:00 PM at the Cathedral of St. Andrew. We have 28 young people in our Confirmation preparation program this year. Please pray for them.

Our Parish celebration of First Eucharist will be Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 10:00 AM. Please pray for the children who will be receiving Holy Communion for the first time.

RELAY FOR LIFE - May 21-22, 2010 (MIDDLE SCHOOL)

WE ARE DOING IT! We are sponsoring a Middle School team for this year, Team ST. STEVE'S BELIEVES. 7th Grade Captain Ceara Hillary would like to invite ALL MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH TO JOIN THIS TEAM!! SUMMER BIBLE SCHOOL - June 21-25, 2010

THINK SUMMER!!! Summer Bible School will be here sooner than you think! Our theme this year: "Mary Leads Me Closer to Jesus." Everyone is invited to "pitch in" and help: provide craft materials; help assemble crafts; help with snack, craft or game time; be a team leader for a group of children; burn music CDs; iron transfers on T-shirts.
