Volunteer opportunities abound

Hello just a note to remind everyone we are always in need of volunteers to help out in many different ways within our school community. It is a great way for our families new and returning to get to experience hands on their children’s learning environment. We have many different committees and opportunities to serve, like our homerooms, on the playground, in our lunchroom and various events through the school year. Help us make our web site better

We are looking for parent volunteers who can help us redesign our St. Stephen Catholic School web site (www.ststephenschoolgr.com).

Technical experience is not required! Do you have ideas about content that we can add to make the site more user-friendly and useful to current and prospective students and families? We would love to hear them.

We also would welcome help with the graphic design of the site so if you have experience in that area or know someone who does and might be willing to help let us know.

We are forming a committee that will meet periodically as we redesign the site. If you can help, or just want to email your suggestions, contact Patricia Mish or Mrs. Harju. Thank you!

Volleyball coach needed

We need a head volleyball coach for our 7 th-grade team.  Time commitment would be two, 4-hour practices per week (you have some control over when; right now, they are scheduled Thurs and Fri) with a match (2-3 games – approx 1 hour) usually on Sat. morning or early afternoon, and/or Monday evenings.  Practices are starting now.  The season runs from Feb 17 th - Mar 28 th.

We have assistant coaches available to help

Concession workers needed

The Athletics concessions have started. We need parents to help at the counter on Saturday mornings. Please contact Jennifer Pacic if you can help out.

Babysitting coordinator

Adult coordinator needed for St. Stephens babysitting club. Please contact the school office for more information.

Help Wanted....

A co-chair for volunteer services is needed. Perfect for people who work full time and would still like to help out. Mainly done from home in the evening a few times a year, etc. We also need a co-chair for Christian services. Please contact Mary Ann Donnelly or JoAnn Smith.
